DLA+ Renovates 24th Floor with Sustainable, Collaborative Office Space for LEED Gold Certification

Project Title: 24th Floor Office Renovation

Overview: DLA+ successfully completed a 20,000 square foot office renovation within a Class A commercial high-rise space to create an elevated and collaborative workspace.

Services Provided:

• Architecture: Space planning, structural modifications, and exterior building envelope enhancements.

• Interior Design: Selection of finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and technology integration.

Completion Date: August 2013

Project Scope: A comprehensive interior fit-out designed to transform a dark and dull environment into an ry, vibrant space that fosters innovation and talent retention.

   • Open Workstations: Modular furniture systems of 6’x6’ platforms equipped with 4’ high partitions for privacy while mntning open communication.

   • Team Areas: Centralized spaces featuring writable glass surfaces for brnstorming sessions and video conferencing capabilities.

2. Individual Control:

   • Free Address Workspace: An innovative system allowing employees to choose their workstations based on avlability and personal preference, enhancing comfort and productivity.

3. Sustnability Features:

   • Daylight Optimization: Maximizing natural light through glass-fronted offices and open-plan layouts to reduce energy consumption.

   • Recycled Materials: Use of reclmed stnless steel and glass for lobby enhancements alongside eco-frily flooring materials like recycled resin.

4. Innovative Lighting Solutions:

   • LED Technology: Implementing LED ceiling panels with adjustable lighting controls daylight sensors, occupancy sensors to optimize energy efficiency.

5. Technology Integration:
